Project 3:
This is a transformative remodel where we started with a poorly thought out split-level house located on a stunning site.
Designing the new home to fully utilize the potential of its location, provide comfortable outdoors living spaces integrated with the flow of indoor indoor living. The scale of the house is as comfortable with the two owners coming home from work, cooking and sharing dinner, as it is with the periodic large family gatherings that are important to the owners.
Gorgeous eastern views are shared by all the living areas of the home. Materials and details throughout are reminiscent of the local architectural history.
